What a claimed record includes

A claimed record lets the person on a public license record add a photo, display name, headline and contact links. It also includes license-change alerts and a badge. These additions sit alongside the regulator information; they do not replace or edit the state’s data.

This is useful when you want people who look you up to find your contact information on the existing record. It is separate from the full reviewed page with a lead-request form and its own page URL.

How the claim works

Find your record by name or NPN and choose the claim option. Where a usable regulator contact is available, the flow sends a verification code to that email address or phone number. Contact details are masked until the appropriate step.

If the contact is unavailable or no longer yours, the flow offers a private license-proof upload for review. Approval is not automatic. Do not claim someone else’s record or send identity documents to a general support email.

After identity verification or review, choose a plan and complete checkout. The management link lets you update the added profile information and manage your subscription. If your underlying state record is incorrect, request the correction from the regulator.

The public lookup stays free. These prices are for optional agent products and come from the same pricing configuration used by checkout.

What alerts and badges do not promise

Alerts depend on the sources and changes the service can retrieve. They are not continuous supervision, a substitute for your own renewal tracking, or a guarantee that every state change will be detected immediately. Keep checking your regulator and meeting your own licensing obligations.

A claimed identity is not the same as the dated license review on a reviewed agent page. Neither badge is a government endorsement, a guarantee of good conduct or permission to sell a product. Claims do not alter search records or remove unfavorable regulator information.

Changes, cancellation and missing records

Use your management link to edit the profile additions or cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If you lose the link, use the recovery option in the claim-management page.

If you cannot find your record, check your NPN and the state coverage first. A missing result does not mean you need to pay to be recognized as licensed. The official state lookup and our correction process remain available without a subscription.
