From record to profile
The public record carries source facts. Agency-supplied details and team entries appear only after the agency authority and individual roster permissions are approved.
Search by agency name and open the official-source record.
Provide the proof requested in the private setup flow. Review is required before the agency profile is published.

Public access
A public agency record does not need a paid profile. If a listed source fact is wrong, use the correction report. For the license itself, check the state regulator.
