How the records were selected
First three Texas index records with an NPN, ordered by license number and license type before comparison. No records were substituted based on the result.
We read the index without changing it and fetched the matching records directly from the Texas Department of Insurance dataset. We compared the fields separately from the import code. Text is trimmed, dates use YYYY-MM-DD, and qualification sets are sorted so row order does not affect the result.
This checks the stored license fields, not every part of a public profile. License status, appointments, agent-provided details, other states and subsequent updates are outside this comparison.
